Looking for 2 New Flatmates in 4 People Houseshare

We’re two working professionals looking for two new flatmates to join our 4-bedroom home. One of us works from home most of the week, so we really value a calm, tidy, and considerate living environment.
We’re ideally looking for other professionals, though mature or graduate students are very welcome to apply too.

About the house
- Large shared living room with TV
- Spacious, well-equipped kitchen with updated appliances: American fridge/freezer, gas stove, microwave, oven
- Garden with allotment space, outdoor bike storage, and firepit area for occasional evenings outside
-Parking available (1 dedicated spot currently free + plenty of free on-street parking)
- Lots of houseplants :)
- Great location near Coldham’s Common, Beehive Centre, corner shop & post office

The vibe
We’re friendly and sociable without being a “live in each other’s pockets” kind of house. Think occasional TV nights, gardening together, firepit evenings, and the occasional epic brunch hosted by one of the housemates — but everyone also has their own lives and routines.

Cleanliness is really important to us!
We’re looking for people with a naturally high standard of cleanliness who clean up after themselves consistently and help keep shared spaces pleasant to live in. This means: Keeping communal areas neat day-to-day, washing up and wiping down surfaces promptly, not letting clutter, laundry, dishes, or mess pile up in communal spaces.
We've found that the house works best with people who are proactive about cleanliness and respectful of shared spaces.

The bedrooms!
Both available rooms are similarly sized double bedrooms located on the first floor above the kitchen. They are unfurnished aside from a wardrobe in each room. Pictures of the rooms are not shared in this ad to protect the privacy of the current flatmates. You'll have an opportunity to access the rooms upon viewing.
The main bathroom is shared by 3 housemates and there is an additional downstairs toilet in the utility room.
Room 1 will be available from 20 Jun. Room 2 will be available from 1 July.

Bills
Bills are not included in the monthly rent listed in the ad. Based on recent usage, bills are approximately £140 per person per month (to be confirmed) including council tax, energy (gas + electricity), TV license, Netflix, and WiFi
