2 double room and 1 single available in this fully functional student house. This is a student house, also neighbour watch area. We prefer women or non-binary tenants.

It's just 10 minutes away from the train station. 6-8 minutes away from the nearest co-op and 35 mins away from ARU. 2 bus route available, so pretty accessible.

The bills are included in the price of the room, but if we overuse the amenities, then we would have to pay extra. However we have never needed to overuse, while living very comfortably.

THE ROOMS
All rooms are fully furnished with a desk, bed, and storage units like wardrobes.

The room on the ground floor has a front window view of the street and very good lighting. It has a double bed and 2 wardrobe.

The second room is the second floor, overlooking the garden with double bed. (Taken)

The third room is also on the second floor, overlooking the street. Quite spacious and also double bed.

The forth room is the smallest and cheapest with a single bed and also a view of the garden.

LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN
We have a living room with sofas, shelves, a shared raised kitchen table, washing machine and a dishwasher. There's lots of space and is lovely in the common room.

GARDEN
We have a very large garden that is often visited by cats, birds and wildlife.
