I am the owner of a nice recently refurbished flat . I am not frequently there so I’m not really a live in landlord more a live out landlord but I leave my stuff there and I suppose I’m looking for a very responsible clean person to sort of flat sit . You would have to happy to be on your own most of the time . No smoking pets or wild parties . Females preferred because I think they would take better care of my flat
