Small double room in friendly house

We are a friendly household looking to fill a room for a departing housemate. We are all young professionals, and have many hobbies and interests between us, including reading, baking, painting, and martial arts. We like sometimes hanging out / eating together in the shared lounge and dining room, but also take plenty of time to ourselves, and would love to find another person to make up this lovely household!

The info:
Small double room available from the late June/start of July in a friendly house near the train station and (amazing location!), £618 per month plus bills.
Female/nb working professional preferred.
The room is furnished with a wardrobe and a desk, as well as a double bed (the bed and mattress are only a year old so would love £75 for these).
The rest of the house is a classic terrace with a living room, dining room, large kitchen, 1 upstairs bathroom and a downstairs wc, and a small garden.
Council tax band D.

Deposit is £615, and there is also a £50 name change fee.
