This s a single room in a four bedroom terraced house, close to the City centre, Addenbrookes hospital, Biomedical campus and Arm.
The room is furnished with a single bed, desk, chair and a wardrobe. There is one shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and a small back garden.
There are four bedroom but only two occupied at the moment.
We are looking for a young professional between 21-30years old working or studying full time.
