Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy of a single room in a large 4-bedroom shared house.

The house has spacious communal areas and an ample and very lovely garden, located in a quiet area just off Histon Road, very close to Aldi, Iceland, and Co-Op.

The room is furnished with a single bed, a desk, a chair, and some shelves; it also has a deep closet for hanging clothes, etc.

Amenities in the house include:
- washing machine
- dryer
- fridge, stove and oven (gas), dishwasher
- microwave oven
- kettle
- toaster
- bi-weekly cleaner
etc.

All bills and council tax are included.
