Double room available to rent for a young professional, bright with plenty of storage and shelves.

You will be sharing with six other tidy, friendly housemates, Reanna, Eva, Thomas, Charlotte, Katie and Alex - all young professionals with a mix of hobbies looking for another sociable housemate!

Close to Addenbrooke’s with good connections to the city centre via the busway cycle path (20 minutes), 20 minute walk to Cambridge South train station, and 5 minute walk to Trumpington Park & Ride.

Fully furnished, though the desk in the photos isn’t included in the room. The room is upstairs and the bathroom is shared between two other housemates.

There is a large kitchen/dining room (two hobs and two ovens, with three fridges and three freezers), as well as a separate large living room. There are two washing machines and a dryer in a dedicated laundry room.

Bills are included and bike storage is available, with free on street parking.
