We have a small garden, large kitchen with dishwasher and dining space, and a large lounge. This room would have a shared bathroom between 3 housemates. There is also another WC downstairs.
Driveway and plenty of parking in quiet cul-de-sac, with no restrictions, as well as garage for bike storage. Plenty of storage space around the house.
Bills are not included but come to around £125 per month for council tax, internet, gas and electric and water.
Deposit is about £600 and referencing required. The house is let as a whole and not per room.
Ideally we are looking for another girl to keep the 50:50 split.
