Sociable house in central Cambridge

It's a six bed house with kitchen/living room area, two bathrooms, and a spare room. We've got drive space for two cars both of which being used at the moment, there is other parking on blossom street. The drive used to be a garden and it has got a little patio space as seen in photos
We've got a washer/dryer and a dishwasher which is grand, also an air fryer and a coffee machine!

The room available is a second floor room, one of the biggest in the house with nice double bed. It has a big wardrobe, a sink and a shelf.

Current occupants are a mix of post-grad students and professionals
We enjoy lots of movie nights, and occasional pub nights and board game nights.

Rent is £600 a month including all bills
