Large en-suite room with king bed and garden

(Start date flexible in the month of September)

Large en-suite room. King size bed, large closets will full length mirrors. Private access to small backyard garden from room with a nice view overlooking a large pond. We're right across the street from Churchill college.

The room could work for either a single person or a couple. The room is furnished and come with the bed, desk, and shelves. There is also a little study corner with a desk and a chair outside of the room.

Cleaner comes once a week on Wednesdays and cleans common areas and bathrooms. WiFi and cleaner come at additional cost. Housemates split the rest of the shared bills.

Kitchen has a dishwasher and is fully stocked with appliances and cookware that comes with the house, so no need to bring your own (although there is enough space that you can if you want to). There is a washer/dryer unit, loads of rack space and a dehumidifier.

Lisa the landlady is very nice and has always been very responsive to any questions or concerns.

The room is opening up as our previous housemate is moving to London with his partner.

We all have partners who visit occasionally, so no problem if you are a couple or if your partner visits.
