Double room with private en-suite and a secure underground parking space, available from 23rd August in a modern two-bed flat. My flatmate is moving out, so I'm looking for one person to take their place.

The room is a good-sized double, unfurnished, with a large window and full-height mirrored sliding wardrobes loads of hanging and shelf space. Private en-suite with a walk-in shower and a mirrored cabinet above the sink. The room gets good natural light.

My flatmate is open to selling some of their furniture (bed, desk) if you'd rather not furnish from scratch.

The flat includes a big open-plan kitchen and living room, two sofas, dining table, lots of light from floor-to-ceiling windows. Modern kitchen with induction hob, oven and microwave, with plenty of cupboard space.

There's a Washer/dryer in the flat and private shed/storage room for bikes. The underground parking space is included in the rent. Whole building is modern and only a few years old.

The room rent is £1,000 pcm, excluding bills. Bills and council tax split 50/50, roughly £150 pcm each

The Flat is in an ideal spot between Mill Road and Coldham's Lane.

I currently work as an engineer at Arm. I'm tidy and stay on top of the communal areas. I'm out at work most of the week and sociable enough for a chat in the living room.
