Rooms in friendly houseshare w/ garden by station

We are Mania, Sam, and Sarah, and we have lived together for the past three years in our house off Mill Road, 12min walk/4 min cycle from Cambridge train station.

Our two beloved housemates have finished their courses and will be leaving Cambridge, so we are looking for two new flatmates to join us from September for at least a year.

We have two rooms available, one is a single (it can easily fit a double), the other one double. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person.
The house has a big kitchen (and a pantry!), washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, separate living room with a TV, huge garden with some garden furniture we've managed to secure on Facebook marketplace. The house is an end-of-terrace, so there's separate access to the garden via the side gate, making it really easy for bike parking.

We are graduate medics from Poland and various parts of England. We are looking for someone friendly and tidy to join us. The homely and friendly atmosphere is crucial to us - this home is so dear to us and the centre of our social lives - we love to organise dinner parties, birthdays, barbecues; we often eat together or gossip over tea. We are super friendly and welcoming, and want you to be the same! We are not looking for a tenant who will hide away in their room or who is not interested in socialising.
