Central Cambridge room for short term sublet

We’re advertising one room in our three bedroom house available to sublet from late August until early October. The room has a double bed, bookcase, and built in wardrobe included. Tenants are two final year PhD students so it’s a very chill house. Living room is furnished, bathroom is shared between 2 people as one of the rooms has an ensuite. Flexible with move in/out dates :) council tax not relevant as it’s a student-only let.
