A bright, furnished double room is available in a spacious two-bedroom flat on the east side of Histon Road. It's a great location if you work at the Science Park, Cambridge North, Addenbrooke's (easy cycle), or need quick access into the city centre.

The flat is light, calm and homely, with a large open-plan living and dining area, separate kitchen, bathroom plus separate WC, and plenty of storage. There's easy on-street parking.

I've shared with people in Cambridge for many years and have been lucky to make some great friends along the way, so I'd love to find someone who values a relaxed, respectful home.

A little about me:
I work in education and, after 13 years teaching languages at a local secondary school, I'm moving into a pastoral role this year.
I'm quite active and usually run or row most days.
I enjoy cooking and living a healthy lifestyle, although I'm certainly not obsessive about it - I love a treat!
Outside work I love reading, arts and crafts, and the occasional spontaneous hiking trip when I get the chance. Home is generally quiet during the week, clean, and somewhere to unwind after work.

I'm looking for someone who is:
