Quiet Double Bedroom in Central Cambridge (CB1)

Looking for a quiet, calm and very tidy housemate to share my home in Cherry Hinton, Cambridge (CB1).

The room is a small double with a built in wardrobe. You would also have the study to work from home and store your things. The bathroom is shared between the two of us. There is a small garden and space for parking out the front.

The house is in a quiet, leafy road and is one minute walk from a bus stop where you can easily reach the city centre (15 mins bus, 20 mins cycling) and the station (10 mins bus, 10 mins cycling). There are also buses to Addenbrooke’s and the biomedical campus (10 mins bus, 10 mins cycling). There is a Coop supermarket 6 mins walk away.

The house is unfurnished but we have furniture (including beds) for the house already. Bills aren’t included but they come to approximately £200 a month.

I am a professional in my 30s who moved to Cambridge recently. I am a quiet and calm person who highly values cleanliness and tidiness. I would prefer to live with someone similar to me, who would also like to make this house their home.

I speak French and Spanish and I enjoy reading, cooking and going out to dancing and yoga.
