3 Bed House in St Matthew's Gardens

Looking for 2 new flatmates :)

One of my flatmates, Bea, is moving back to London to live with her parents at the end of August after a couple of years living here, and Milly is planning to move in with a friend from work in October.

The house is clean and modern with a nice shared kitchen, shared living room, home office, bathroom, downstairs loo and 3 decently sized double bedrooms.

We are easy cycling distance (or 20min walk) to town and the station, with one underground parking space and a shed that fits 2 bikes as well as railings where many people lock extra bikes. We are also right by the Beehive which has an Asda, M&S Food, Gym and many other shops 2mins walk from the door!

Ideal housemate would be someone who keeps themself busy and enjoys occasionally hanging out cooking together or going to the pub.

I, Charlie, am a former Cambridge student now working near the train station as a sustainability consultant. I spend half my evenings playing sport.
