Modern flat a short walk from Cambridge Station

We are two male PhD maths students (going into our fourth year) looking for a third flatmate. The flat is clean and modern, and the landlord is incredibly attentive. There is secluded bike parking on site. Bills are expected to be about £80 pcm, though the exact bill/rent split is negotiable. You will have the option to stay after we leave.

No gender preference. We prefer people who are clean and considerate of the space. Smoker fine as long as you do it outside.

We would prefer students at either Cambridge or ARU (mature undergrad or postgraduate), though any non-student tenant willing to take responsibility for the council tax bill is welcome. Our flat is Band C.
