The location is ideal for graduate students, postdocs and visiting academics.
The room, for single occupancy, is on the first floor, overlooking a quiet road with kind neighbourhood. It is fully furnished, with a double bed, desk, chair, bookshelf, big wardrobe, chest of drawers and a lovely Victorian fireplace. It shares with other two graduate students a fully equipped kitchenette with new appliances and a bathroom with new shower and washing/dryer.
The rent includes all bills, city council taxes, super fast full fibre Wi-Fi, gas central heating, cleaning of common areas and house maintenance.
