A double room is available now for the full academic year in a cleaned and refurbished house close to the University of Cambridge West-Central Campus, to share with other two university graduates. Newnham, Cambridge CB3, is an ideal location for academics, at walking distance to the Campus and several Colleges, with shops and bus stops nearby, and 5 min bike to city centre, railway station and the river Cam.

The double room on the first floor is for single occupancy, overlooking a very quiet road, and shares a fully equipped kitchenette with new appliances and a bathroom with new shower and washing/dryer with the other two lodgers. It is fully furnished: double bed, desk, chair, bookshelf, big wardrobe, chest of drawers and a lovely Victorian fireplace. The rent includes all bills, city council taxes, fast full fibre Wi-Fi, gas central heating, cleaning of common areas once a month and house maintenance.
