I am a smoker , not in the property, out on the balcony, which is where I spend alot of my time. Work full time during the week.
Shared bathroom, kitchen, living space, balcony, high speed WiFi , underfloor heating, individual thermostat control.
Single bed in room with double futon at the moment, open to moving the futon and bed if you want to bring a double bed.
