Furnished family room for short-let only

We’re a professional couple settled in Cambridge — and we’re offering two rooms in our recently renovated home, just off Mill Road.

The house has been carefully designed and renovated, and has previously been featured in a UK interior design magazine. We usually host through Airbnb, where we are Superhosts with consistent 5-star reviews. Our home is a Guest Favourite and currently ranks among the top 5% of eligible listings on Airbnb.

Because of our travel schedule, we’re not able to operate the rooms as full-time Airbnb accommodation at the moment, so we’re opening them up for short-term stays instead — anything from a few weeks to a few months.

We’d particularly love to hear from quiet, considerate guests who are coming to Cambridge temporarily, for example for academic visits, research, work placements, courses, or a short period of relocation.

The house is in a very convenient location just off Mill Road, with easy access to central Cambridge, the railway station, the universities and the Biomedical Campus.

Please note that this is strictly a short-term let. We are not looking for long-term tenants or permanent housemates.
