We have a bright, cosy single room available to move into from 11th November in a spacious, well-located house near Chesterton Road (CB4), around 7 minutes by bike from Cambridge city centre.

You’ll be sharing with three friendly housemates: two Spanish professionals (one guy and one girl) and one English girl, ranging from their mid-20s to mid-40s. We’re easygoing, clean and respectful, and we enjoy the occasional shared dinner, movie night or chilled evening, while always respecting each other’s space and routines.

🛏️ The room is compact but comfortable and comes furnished with:

* a single bed
* built-in wardrobes/storage
* a desk
* plenty of natural light from the large window

🏡 The house includes:

* A large, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, including washing machine, microwave, air fryer, grill and espresso machine
* A comfortable living room
* 1 bathroom + 1 separate toilet
* A private garden, perfect for summer BBQs or relaxing outside

💰 Rent is £500/month, including:

* Internet
* Council tax
* Water

🔌 Gas and electricity are paid separately every 3 months and shared fairly between the housemates.

We’re ideally looking for a friendly, respectful and sociable person, preferably a professional, although we’re open to students too.
