PROFESSIONAL FLAT (Wifi)
Looking for a clean & tidy, quiet & friendly Professional to rent one room in the flat. The room is for rent seven days a week with a shared kitchen and bathroom. Looking for someone in full-time weekday employment. One other tidy & friendly chap rents one other bedroom in the flat. The Landlady does not live in the flat but uses one room as a studio for writing and artwork.
LOCATION
South facing enclosed garden in leafy-greeny quiet neighbourhood in the city. Free cul-de-sac parking and bike shed provided. Good access to shops, health clubs, etc. 15-20 minute bus ride to town centre, or gorgeous cycle along the river with no traffic the whole way! The meadows & river have a cycle path and are popular for sports and leisure activities like jogging, rowing, strolling, kite flying, dog walking, etc.
MAINTENANCE AND FACILITIES
The flat is cleaned twice monthly.
Laundry facilities include: washing machine, dryer, inside hang dry and outside sun drying too.
BIKE SHED: We have a dedicated bike shed
PARKING: Free cul-de-sac parking
We also have an enclosed and private South facing garden patio and arbour for chillin :)
