Ensuite double room in Romsey family home

Ensuite double room to rent on top floor (loft conversion) in family home. I live with my two children in large terraced house. The house is lovely with wooden floors, real fire etc in Romsey near Coleridge Park, off Mill road and near train station/Addenbrookes etc. The room has a small ensuite bathroom with shower toilet and sink with storage. It is a large bright room which is in the process of being furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, sofa, with a microwave and kettle. There is use of the kitchen and washing machine. There is parking outside.

We are looking for a single female professional/postgrad student only please who is clean and respectful to share our house and we would happily consider Monday to Friday only if required, short or long term.
