We have two recently available rooms available. One is a cosy small room and the other is a large room.

The rooms are available in a friendly well maintained 4 bedroomed house near the Science Park.

The rooms are fully furnished.

The house benefits from central heating, new double glazing, wireless internet, parking plus the usual mod cons.

Separate kitchen, lounge, bathroom, toilet, cycle shed and garden.

Our preference is for friendly, sociable and considerate non smoking working professional females.

Rooms (1) £530 per month (2) £620 per month both + bills (gas, electricity & internet).
Plus £35 per month towards Council Tax, TV Licence & Water Rates.
