The living area has a pleasant outlook onto the garden at the rear. (The studio occupant would have shared use of this garden).

Being at the top of an existing house, the studio is accessed via the main house front door, but once you get to your door, it's all yours. You can be as private as you like or as sociable as you like with the tenants in the main house below.

The tenants in the main house are a very friendly mix of professionals in their 20's and 30's (currently all female.)

The studio is available from 22 December

The studio is strictly for non smokers.
