It would also suit someone who prefers a well kept family style home over a shared student house environment.

We have 100 MEG wireless Broadband connection, washing machine, cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer and full use of all kitchen utensils etc... No need to bring you own unless you prefer to do so!

We are located 5 minutes walk from bus route Citi3, which takes 10 minutes into town centre, 20 minutes to train station. 1 mile from closest supermarket. with local shops 2 mins walk. Swimming pool and gym 10 minute walk away.

We require £300. 00 deposit. Rent is to be paid monthly in advance. Minimum 6 month contract and rolling monthly thereafter.
