Large Single Room in 3 bed House - Short term let

I have a large single room to rent in my 3 bed house where I live with one other lodger.
Looking for £100 per week including bills, also have washing machine readily available and shared living room, and bathroom.

I am a woman of 55 who works early mornings so would prefer someone who can be quiet after 10pm

This is for room only if wanting bed & breakfast this can be arranged.

I am situated on Peverel Close which is approx 10 mins from city centre via bus (no. 3 which runs reguarly) if walking takes about 30-40mins.

The room will be is available to rent from 24th July
