The house is 10 min walk to business & Science Pk, A14, Milton, King Hedges, Impington, Newmarket etc, buses to town every 10 minutes. Shops such as co-op, tesco, fish & chips, chemist, post office etc.

The house has a kitchen with plenty of storage, with washer/dryer fridge freezer TV and cooker etc, plenty of parking space on the road and off road. Gates for secure parking of motor bikes/cycles round the back too. all you need is your bedding and food.
Back garden with patio set to chill out with secure gates for bike storage etc.

The room has a bed, chest of draws, computer chair and drop down table and radiator.
The rent includes all bills, also t. v, wireless broad band . Water, electric, gas etc.
