Nice and clean single room

A nice and clean single bedroom becoming available in a large detached 4 bedroom house. The house is on a quite residential area. Its shared with a friendly family of 2 (mother and 10 yrs old) and 2 professionals. The room is fully furnished with a wooden wardrobe, a single bed with underneath storage, a desk, small unit and a chair.

We are looking for a professional over the age of 27, who works full time during normal office hours, preferably monday-friday 9-5.

and science park/business park

Also we have a very friendly cute cat, named Rosie.
