A fully furnished double room is available in a friendly house share off Mill Road, sharing with 3 easy going professionals. We have a communal living/ dining room, a newly furbished kitchen, and a large garden with a covered space for storing bikes.

The house is close to pubs, shops, parks and public transport, and is a 10 minute cycle ride to Addenbrookes and town. There is also plenty of on-street parking.

We're a pretty easy going bunch who enjoy the odd trip to the pub together etc and are looking for someone similar to join the house!

Rent is £350 per month plus bills, which come to around £60-80 per month.
