Single Room in Big House 15 minutes away from ARU

Single room to rent, furnished. There are 4 bedrooms in total in the house upstairs, living room, big kitchen and huge back garden downstairs. We are at the moment 2 girls and 1 boy living in the house. We are all working, the girls are in their early twenties and the boy is in his late twenties. We are outgoing easy friendly people and we are also clean and tidy. We've known each other for quite a while and we have been living in the house for over 2 years. We are looking for someone easy going too to occupy our single room available on June 1, either a student or young professional. The land lord is friendly and comes to the house rarely. There is a deposit upfront of £480 + £350 for your first rent month. (deposit is given back to you once your staying is over). The bills are not included, they are around £8 a month for internet, we have gas and electricity bills every 3 months and water every 6 months. If you want to move in earlier it is possible depending on the arrangements. No recommendation letter required, but the land lord would like to meet you once a decision has been made and also to sign up the contract. minimum stay is 3 months. Girls ONLY.
