Large double room available in houseshare

A spacious, bright, fully furnished double room is available in a lovely houseshare in Cambridge. The room comes with a large double bed, a table and inbuilt wardrobes. The house is in the possibly quietest street in Cambridge, overlooking fields and meadows from the back side. Bus stop is two minutes from the house (line No 8). Huge Aldi, large Iceland, a small Coop and a post office ten minutes walk from the house. It consists of a large, nicely fully furnished lounge with a large flat HD TV and a sound system; fully fitted kitchen with all the utilities and a washing machine – no tumble drier though! Three bedrooms, bathroom and a separate toilet on the floor. Unlimited Virgin media broadband (with all Sky Sport channels)! Large back garden, ideal for bbqs on a sunny weather and a conservatory as bike storage.

You would be sharing with a Serbian-Irish couple (PhD history student at Cambridge University and artist working at the University of Birmingham), a young professional English guy (working in the recruitment sector) and an adorable puppy that sleeps outside but spends most of the day in the house. However, we will not accept another pet!

To keep a balance in the house we are looking for a female or a couple. The price is £590pm, £640 for the couple – all bills included! Deposit of the same amount is required. There will be a written contract. The room is available for minimum three months initially, with probable extension from 1st September.

This is a very relaxed and laid back, but definitely NOT a party house. We are looking for a friendly, tidy, relaxed, and responsible person. Over the 23 years of age, professional or postgraduate; sorry, no younger persons or undergraduate students!
