We are looking for a friendly, tidy and responsible professional female to share with two professional females. The room available is a fully furnished spacious double room with a lovely marble fire-place and a big bay window, allowing lots of sun and light in the room.
The house is a semi-detached with a front and back garden, a drive which could be used as parking spot. We share a bathroom with tub, a kitchen and a sitting-/dining-room. The house is kept tidy and clean at all times.
We are at walking distance to the city centre with frequent bus service to the centre and other parts of the town stopping just outside the front door. We are also close to the Tesco, Beehive centre with ASDA, M&S and other big retail stores. The river and the commons are just around the corner, too.
The rent is not inclusive of bills. Monthly and quarterly bills are shared between all three of us.
