A large and spacious double room is available to rent Monday to Friday. The location and size of the flat are outstanding value and having looked at other available rooms myself, there is nothing close in comparision for such good value rent as  £500 pcm including all bills (Service Charge, Council Tax, Telephone line, Internet, TV License).

We are a couple; I am a 31 year old female teacher and my partner is a 32 year old marketing professional. We are looking for a flat mate who is similar age and also is a professional too. We have a good network of friends in Cambridge and the ideal flatmate would be welcome socialising with us at times also. We are clean and tidy, and take pride in keeping the apartment looking nice. I often have to work at home in the evenings, however enjoy going to the gym, running by the river, socialising with friends and all the usuals - cooking, cinema, pubs etc! My partner is a keen rower and triathlete too.

The apartment which is less than 5 years old, consists of 2 very large double bedrooms, bathroom, a huge open plan living area which I have divided into a lounge area, dinning area, study space and the kitchen is also off here. There is a small balcony and off road parking too.

The apartment is located in the luxury Vie development which boasts a fantastic riverside location. Tescos is just a 5 minute walk away, midsummer common 10 minutes and the grafton centre a mere 15 minute walk away via the river cam path. The apartment is northside of the river and therefore by car, the science park and A14 are both less than a 10 minute drive.

The room is available on a Monday to Friday let. The room is rented as furnished. I have furnished the rest of the flat with all new items including sofas, dining table, tv, all white goods and more, therefore it is very important that the right tenant respects and cares for these furnishing too. We can provide bedding and towels upon request.
