Double room in terraced house-central location

Double room available in lovely shared house, sharing with 1 female. The room is furnished and there is a shared lounge, kitchen, bathroom, utility room and garden.

The room has a double bed, plenty of drawer space, small wardrobe, desk and a chair. It is very light and sunny with a large window overlooking the garden and is very quiet.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac off Mill Road close to lots of shops, restaurants and pubs. It is 10 mins walking distance from Cambridge town centre and 10 mins from the train station.

The room is available now and I would like to rent it as quickly as possible. I would like someone who is responsible and considerate, who has a regular daytime job and is happy to be alone in the house as I may be away for periods of time. I would like someone who is sociable-likes to chat when we are both at home and maybe share a drink at home or out!
