The house is situated near Robin Hood pub and very close to local shops as well as Tesco. House has a big living room, a dining room and a kitchen. Furthermore, there is a garage that we mostly use for storing our bikes and a nice garden, ideal for friend gatherings and BBQs. The room has single bed and it's furnished. We also have a very friendly and playful cat. I'm 32 and other house mates are 27 and 28, we are professionals, working during office hours. We're looking for sociable, clean and tidy person between 25-38, who ideally, like animals as well! The House is on Cherry Hinton about 10min to Addenbrooke's hospital. The rent is £400 including bills.
