The House
A well-maintained house share on a quiet cul-de-sac at the end of Mill Road. All rooms have air conditioning. The bright, open-plan kitchen/living room has wooden flooring and opens onto a small decked garden. The kitchen has two large fridge/freezers, a dishwasher, and an induction hob, plus a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer. Two shared bathrooms and a downstairs WC, shared between five of the six residents (one room is ensuite). Secure bike parking on-site. Please note there is no parking at the house itself, though spaces are available within a short walk.

The Household
A friendly, sociable house, not a bedsit arrangement (no door locks or room sinks). Six residents in total; one room per person.

About Us
We are Ed and Vicky, a married couple who manage our properties directly, with no letting agent. We are hands-on with maintenance and easy to reach.
These rooms suit someone looking to put down roots for a good while. The current housemates have all been here some time and we hope to find someone who sees this as a proper home rather than a stopgap. Please send a detailed profile with your proposed move-in date.
