great location for the Science & Business Parks, Central Cambridge and easy access to the A14 & West Cambridge sites.
The location is a safe cul de sac with both on and off street parking.

The bedroom is on the first floor and has a separate bathroom - all other tenants have their own ensuites. The spacious lounge and kitchen are shared.
All rooms finished to a good standard.
There is a pleasant garden.

The existing 3 housemates aged 22-26 (2 male, one female) are professionals, easy to get on with and looking for similar person to share the house with. They are social and share the nice large lounge whilst respecting the other house mates privacy.
