We are looking for a professional who is friendly, clean and will take good care of a large furnished double room.
The room is in a 3 bedroom shared house with other 2 housemates. The house includes a sizeable living room, large kitchen (all basic appliances provided), back garden (includes a covered patio area) and a conservatory.
Parking is available on the street with bike storage in the garage. The house is centrally located with a 5 min walk to the Beehive centre and close to both Mill road (10min) and train station (20min). The rent is £530pcm including all utility bills, council tax and fibre optic broadband (No agency fees).
