Double room close to river and Science Park

We've a great location in a quite cul-de-sac 10 mins walk from Science and Business park.

We've one small single available now. The other housemates all are friendly professionals in their late twenties.

The room is a double room, upstairs front, with a bed, wardrobe and desk.

The house is very clean and has off road parking, secure bike storage and a kitchen with washing machine and Dishwasher.

There is also a large communal living room leading to a lovely garden

We're looking for a friendly professional house-mate, male or female.

Rent includes all bills, council tax, weekly cleaner and 100 Mbps WiFi.

I'm looking for a long-term tenant with a 6 month minimum tenancy although I'd prefer 1 year. I need someone who can start the tenancy within the next 2 weeks.

Please note I don't have any rooms for short term rental and this room is unsuitable for couples.

Unlike agencies I'm upfront about everything, like to keep the house perfectly maintained and will do my best to make this a great house share.
