We are two young professionals looking for a new housemate to share our lovely period terraced house. We are both friendly, sociable and tidy, and are looking for someone similar to share with, whether male or female.

We would like someone who is up for the odd house meal or trip to the pub and keeps roughly 9-5 type hours. The room available is a double room. We're looking for someone to move in early Sep and the cost of the room is £366 per calendar month, excluding bills. Internet, water, council tax, contents insurance and tv licence is £90 per month, and gas and electricity just tend to work out another £30 every three months. The house is through an agency so the usual checks and fees will apply. The house is in a great location 3 minutes from Jesus Green and 10-15 minute walk in to town.
