Description
We have a small cosy bedroom available in a house share. There are currently 3 tenants (2 female, 1 male) and we are looking for a fourth to occupy the spare room in the house. The room is unfurnished so you will need to provide your furniture. The room is the smallest bedroom in the house (bedroom 4 on the first floor room plan). The last occupant fit a double bed, shelves and a wardrobe in just fine, although a single bed would make the room much more spacey. It does not have a window outside but has two at the top facing the landing. This room would probably be perfect for someone commuting who needs a cheaper room in a good location.
We are all working professionals and keep the house very clean without the need for cleaning rotas etc, and would be looking for someone equally clean and respectful. We are all very busy people but occasional have a drink and chat in the kitchen, watch a film together or play some guitar hero ;) There are two communal bathrooms in the house, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a very large living room and a large kitchen with plenty of storage and completely furnished. There is access to a private and well maintained garden to the rear of the house with access via a patio door in the kitchen. The garden is a peaceful area for relaxing and has a patio for barbeques in the Summer.
The house is in a great location just off Mill Road. It's a 5 minute cycle to the train station and to a large Sainsburys, Asda and Tesco Supermarket. There are also smaller shops including Spar, Co-op & Tesco Express located just 5 minutes walk away on Mill Road.
There is plenty of on-street parking available directly outside the house in a safe friendly neighbourhood. There are lots of friendly pubs to explore in the local area and it's 20 minute walk to Parkers Piece and the City Centre.
