Spacious Double Room To Rent In Cambridge

Please be aware the room is for girls only.
The room is a double spacious room with a double bed, 1 wardrobe; 2 desks and 1 in wall small wardrobe. 2 windows.

There are 4 bedrooms in the house: with 1 male and 2 females, looking for a new housemate.

We are all in our early 20's and young professionals all working in the city centre.

Our nationalities are: Spanish, English and French so we are open to all nationalities.

The house has a big kitchen area with a dinning table and the living room is spacious where we spend a lot of time watching TV and socialising.

Kitchen comes fully equipped with 2 fridges; washing machine and other appliances.

The living room is simple with 2 set sofas and TV.

There is a big garden at the back with a shed to place your bikes or parking space at the front yard if you wish.

The rooms are all upstairs and there is 1 bathroom that is shared between all of us.

We are very quiet and work on a full-time basis. However we are open to students as long as they present security when paying the rent.

Minimum stay ideally is 6 months. We are flexible to the contract, if you want to move out all you need to do is find the person to rent your room and arrange the details. The land lord does not get involved up until the moment he meets you.

The house is located in a "family" neighbourhood but we have access to the centre by bus with bus stop 2 minutes away. The bus that runs to the centre is City 3 FISON ROAD, which also stops near AR university and goes to the other side of the city too, such as the train station.

Most of us cycle to work which takes us 20 minutes. The bus can take up to 15 minutes or more depending on the traffic on newmarket road. Half way through the bus also stops near ASDA or TESCO supermarkets.

The rent every month is £320 to be paid before the 5th. But the bills are not included:

Internet: £8 p/month Council Tax: £35 p/month

There are also other bills such as Gas; Electricity and Water.

Gas and Electricity: aproxx: £100 each very 3 to 4 months Water: £80 each every 6 months

The bills are all paid by us to the bank independently of the Land Lord. He receives our rent to his account only.

There is a deposit in the amount of £480 to be paid upfront. This is given back to you when you rent your room out to the next person. As you will be moving in before the 5th all you need to do is to pay your rent for the month of June and onwards.

The land lord is friendly and rarely comes to the house.

We are happy with you bringing your friends or family over in a once in a while occasion.

Again the room is available for GILRS ONLY and ready to move in on the 3rd of June 2014.
