We have a modern one bedroom annexe to rent adjoining our family home. The room has an en-suite bathroom and large built in wardrobe. There is a daybed with three large storage drawers that can be converted into a double bed if required. Next to the room is a kitchen area with its own hob, microwave, fridge, sink and cupboards. Outside there is room for off street parking and there is access to the garden. There is access to our washing machine and dishwasher.

We are situated on Keynes Road in CB5 which is on bus route number 3. We are also close to the River Cam with cycle routes into town taking 15 minutes. We have local shops and supermarkets nearby.

Monthly rent is £650 including all bills and wifi. We would request one month's rent in advance.
