Beautiful detached cottage. Positioned at the end of a lovely garden, this is a unique and very special place to call your home-from-home. Self-contained accommodation, not shared.

Bedding and towels are provided. Cleaning and fresh sheets once a week, WiFi, TV, all bills and Council Tax included.

Leys Avenue is a quiet residential road, it is ideally placed for town, a wealth of local amenities, the science park and the new station. Its also a wonderful community and we love living here. Its just fabulous. If you like city living, but also like peace and quiet and need effortless parking, then this is perfect for you.

The cottage is detached and exceptionally stylish and well equipped. A vaulted ceiling large velux windows and mezzanine bedroom, it has a loft-living feel.

Its full of character, with original Danish G-Plan furniture teamed with Cath Kidston curtains and flooring.

Small but perfectly formed shower room, modern and well equipped kitchen area with new dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, two hobs and combination oven.

The sitting area, with a generously sized sofa, dining table, separate desk, plenty of shelving and storage and television with free view.

Upstairs is a sumptuous super king bed, a large wardrobe and drawers. Lovely big Velux windows above the bed for some star-gazing but blackout blinds for those who want undisturbed sleep.

We are located in the North part of the city in a quiet central location, close to the City Centre - 5 mins, Science Park - 5 mins, Train Station - 10 mins. Easy access to A14 and M11. On street parking with no permits or restrictions.
