We are looking for a new roomate in our shared house (we are a young and friendly couple, so there will be only 3 tenants!). Our roomate is leaving after 2 years because he has bought a house. Please note that the bedroom will not be furnished.

You will have a spacious double bedroom to rent from 1st July for a one year shared tenancy contract. You’ll have your own fridge and cupboards in the kitchen. The bathroom will be shared. Rent (including council tax) is currently £450pcm (deposit is £600), bills are not included. No TV in the house, but high speed fibre broadband.

The semi-detached house is very conveniently situated, in a quiet street: only 10' bike ride from the city centre, 15' bike ride to the Science park, convenience store and Citi 8 bus stop 2' walk! And it has a nice garden where you can chill out with birds tweeting :-)
