The house was built in 2011 and fully furnished with a single bed, a mirror door wardrobe, desk, chair and a bookcase, amenities include unlimited broadband, washing machine/dryer, rear garden, garage and free street parking, bike can be stored in rear garden. The rent is £400 / month inclusive of council tax and all bills (apart from telephone). The house is located in a quiet area and has easy access to town center and superstores; bus stop is 2 minutes walk away, 10-minute-walk to Cambridge Science / Business Park, 15-minute-by-bike to the city center. A visiting scholar, professional or academic female with Chinese background is preferable.
