Convivial Living In A Happy Environment

If you are able to integrate with the 2 existing occupants (including myself as landlord)then given that you are thoughtful, conversational and considerate towards your fellow beings then I hope my home could become part of your life with everything you would wish for - sincerity is a must. My home is in a very nice area of the city outskirts but only 10 minutes from the university and city center (by bicycle).
