The house is just off Mill Road, very handy to get to the station and the city centre as well as being a great area itself.
Our lease runs out on 25/08 and we are about to start actively looking for a new place. Ideally we want a 3 bedroom house around the same area so we are on the lookout for a third housemate for the new place too!
We're easy going guys in our 20's who would be looking for someone to socialize with if you were interested in a longer term house share.
